HELLO, KITTY

One thing you should know about me is that when I start an obsession, it never really ends. And they often spring from the smallest of things. Like whilst looking through the showbag list online this morning and finding this baby a sudden jolt of Hello Kitty hysteria went through me. So yes, for this past hour I have been googling Hello Kitty items. This hasn't really come as a surprise to me since I have had that giant pink Hello Kitty plush pillow on my bed since I was five and yknow she's a cat with a pink bow. I think without knowing she has shaped the person that I am today, ha. Well like all my obsession and phases (when I was 13 or 14 i developed with crazy infatuation with Paris, France. I know what girl hasn't) my parents usually go crazy and help me find every product on this planet that has to do with said obsession. Now that may make me sound horribly spoilt but no, my parents just really liked feeding off these obsessions. I must get it off them. Like dad's obsession with collecting liquor and cars and mum's with bags and shoe figurines. Then again, I don't know how thrilled they would be about me dragging them to every Sanrio shop in Melbourne since I am no longer seven, but seventeen. A seventeen year old that should be studying for her exams and saving up for silly things like a car or a phone or university money or health insurance, y'know silly things like that.
